CERTIFIED CHAUFFEURS

All New hires participate in a 2 week training program. Training includes a classroom orientation about LPB Limousine Service procedures, and on the road training with a senior. All New hires are required to attend The Commercial Insurance defensive driving training program. The defensive driving course with hands-on over the road requirements. LPB’s Limousine Service requires all drivers to wear a suit & tie.  Drivers are instructed to keep their jacket and tie on at all times. All drivers are expected to assist passengers with their luggage and personal effects without passengers having to request such services. Failure to assist a passenger results in disciplinary action. 1. Inside Baggage/Meet service must be requested at the time the reservation is placed.

2. All Inside Baggage/Meet pickups will be charged parking fees.

3. Chauffeurs will meet passenger(s) at the baggage claim area for domestic flights or outside of Customs for international flights.

4. The chauffeur will be holding an iPad displaying the name of the passenger (and company name if applicable)
